Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 22,243-SF Lease for Community Alternatives

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 22,243-square-foot lease for Community Alternatives at INQ @ 2401, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Community Alternatives is a non-profit providing health and human services.

Zach McLaren and Matt Bowen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Joe Franco and Stephanie Spivey of CBRE represented the landlord.

“Community Alternatives provides a great service for our city and for us to be trusted with their real estate needs was a privilege,” McLaren said.

Located at 2401 Sardis Road North at the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Sardis Road, INQ totals 162,372 square feet. The property includes high ceilings and 40’ column spacing, and a new HVAC, roof, façade, parking lot and landscaping.
