Huitt-Zollars, Inc., will relocate to Lincoln Centre, a 1.6 million-square-foot office campus which is undergoing a renovation to provide tenants with best-in-class amenity offerings and elevate the overall experience. The renovation work is slated for completion in early 2021.
Matthew Schendle and Clint Madison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Nuveen, in the transaction. JR Tomlinson of Newmark represented the tenant.
