The tenant is a locally-based leading supplier of communications equipment. The Chandler Tech Center is a Class A property owned by Austin, TX-based Phoenix Industrial Investment Partners.
James Harper and Pete Klees with Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office represented the landlord in the transaction. Rick Collins and Steve Larsen of JLL represented the tenant.
“This is a significant lease for the tech sector in Chandler as well as the Phoenix Metro, in retaining a large tenant in our market especially during the pandemic, while at the same time filling a large vacancy in our building with a high quality tenant,” said Pete Klees, Senior Director.
Klees added, “The city of Chandler has seen unprecedented growth in its innovation and community over the past decade and is strategically located in one of the fastest growing urban centers in the nation.”
