Veteran broker brings 20 years of deep sales/leasing experience & expertise to firm
Stanley has spent the past two decades as a broker serving the Northern California region, and with Cushman & Wakefield will maintain her focus on providing strategic advisory services to investors and tenants. Her clients include some of the area’s most prominent companies, international firms, institutional investors, local developers, and generational property owners.

Stanley joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE Sacramento where she was a First Vice President. A consistent top producer in her market, Stanley has brokered more than 700 lease and sale transactions valued at approximately $600 million during her 20-year career. These achievements have led to public recognition, including as a 5-time nominee for the Association of Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento (ACRE) Office Broker of The Year Award. In 2020, she was also recognized as a CREW Women of Influence Award Honoree for Outstanding Women in Real Estate.

A respected industry expert, Stanley has appeared as a panelist for CCIM/SAR’s “Women in Commercial Real Estate: Challenges & Opportunities” event as well as a panelist for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Sacramento Valley Chapter’s 2019 Real Estate Market Forecast. She has also appeared in speaking engagements for CREW, CBRE’s Market Outlook events, and the International Society of Business Appraisers. She is a current member of the Metro Chamber Foundation Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP).
Stanley is also an active community leader and has immersed herself in the Sacramento region, from volunteering her time as a Troop Leader for Girl Scouts to leading a U8 Boys soccer team to volunteering at convalescent homes and schools for children with special needs. She is also an alumnus of the Leadership Sacramento Class of 2019, a program of the Sacramento Metro Chamber Foundation that develops community-minded business and civic leaders of tomorrow.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
