During his 20-year career, Kaufman has brokered numerous transactions throughout California and Nevada. He has worked with many high-profile clients and dozens of agricultural land owners in the acquisition and disposition of residential lots, farm land, retail, office and industrial investments.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kaufman served as principle with Kaufman Properties, Inc, a land development company.

His community leadership includes Sacramento Sports Commission, Past Chairman and 6-year Board Member; Sacramento Regional Sports Education Foundation, Past Board Member; Program of the Year Award, Sacramento City Council-Clean Energy Sacramento; and Sacramento Zoological Society, Past Board Member.
