During his 20-year career, Kaufman has brokered numerous transactions throughout California and Nevada. He has worked with many high-profile clients and dozens of agricultural land owners in the acquisition and disposition of residential lots, farm land, retail, office and industrial investments.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kaufman served as principle with Kaufman Properties, Inc, a land development company.
