David Eseke to Lead Industrial Tenant Advisory and Leasing Practice
DALLAS, December 20, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has selected David Eseke, Managing Director, to lead the firm’s Industrial Tenant Advisory and Leasing teams.
Eseke’s leadership role announcement continues Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth strategy of positioning key leaders in high growth verticals for 2022 and beyond. In this roll, Eseke will join Robbie Baty, Head of Office Tenant Representation and Matt Schendle, Head of Office Agency Leasing who were announced earlier this year.
“I’m very proud of David and all he’s accomplished over the last 10 years.” said Doug Jones, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth Office. “Great leadership is essential for high performance teams to deliver results in any environment. David’s work ethic and expertise are already widely known in the market, but his character and servant leadership are why he’s been selected for this new role. I’m excited to see our teams go to a new level with his leadership.”
Within the industry, Eseke has been consistently recognized as a top broker in his practice. Eseke received the Rising Star Award from former Cassidy Turley in 2014; the Connect Media “Next Generation Award” in 2018; and was featured on the D CEO Power Broker list in 2019. In 2021 he ranked among C&W’s top brokers in D-FW. In addition Eseke has been an integral part of The Real Estate Council’s leadership team since 2015.
“With the national momentum of industrial real estate and D-FW markets, I am excited at this opportunity to continue building a prominent brand on a substantial global platform,” Eseke said. “Cushman & Wakefield is a firm based on character and culture, and I am humbled to be a part of the next generation of professionals who will carry on that legacy.”
Eseke has been part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Team, specializing in lease negotiation, tenant advisory, real estate economics, supply chain strategy and portfolio optimization.
Eseke’s top recent achievements include spearheading the team that represented Stanley Black & Decker for a 1.2 million square foot distribution center lease in Fort Worth, Texas; representing SiteOne Landscape Supply for a 337,450 square foot lease in Hutchins, Texas; and representing Land O’Lakes for a 310,292 square foot lease in Fort Worth, Texas.
“Service is what is most important to me and I love seeing teammates serve our clients by putting others needs before their own,” Eseke said. “This team intends to lead the industrial brokerage market by providing tailored, customer-first solutions to our clients, and our people-first attitude will drive that achievement.”
