LOS ANGELES, Calif. – January 20, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has strengthened its Industrial Tenant Representation team in Southern California’s Inland Empire market with the addition of Luke Rivera, Senior Associate. Rivera joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and for the last few years has served in a brokerage role representing industrial tenants as well as owners/developers in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets.

As part of the move, Rivera is also relocating from the firm’s office in downtown Los Angeles to its Inland Empire office in Ontario.
During his young career which began at Cushman & Wakefield, Rivera has already leased and sold more than 2.4 million square feet of industrial space.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Tenant Representation team in the Inland Empire is led by Andrew Morrow, Executive Managing Director, who said, “We are very excited to have Luke join our office and my team as we continue to grow our market share and capabilities serving large industrial Occupiers across Southern California. Luke is a tremendous talent and will help our team expand business development and provide world-class service and market knowledge to our clients.”
Morrow added, “Accelerated by the pandemic, and in particular the rise of e-commerce, the industrial sector has remained one of the most vital segments of commercial real estate with robust tenant demand, which has influenced the demand for more and better services providers capable of assisting the custom needs of occupiers across different industries. Cushman & Wakefield remains committed to adding strong talent and value-add consulting services dedicated to Industrial Occupiers in Southern California, one of the world’s leading markets.”
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rivera attended State University of New York at Fredonia, where he graduated as a four-year NCAA Student Athlete.
