Stamford, CT – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired Tara Long as a Senior Director. Based out of the firm’s Stamford office, Long will focus primarily on office leasing and will be responsible for both landlord and tenant representation throughout Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield County, Connecticut

Long has more than 14 years of industry experience and will join the firm’s office leasing team led by Steve Baker and Matthew Lisk. Baker and Lisk have been market leaders in both Fairfield and Westchester counties with a combined 50+ years of industry experience representing prominent tenants and prestigious landlords in the market. The team has completed transactions in excess of 10 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $5 billion.

Long joins Cushman & Wakefield from Newmark and previously held a position at Empire State Realty Trust. In her previous role at Newmark, she acted as the exclusive landlord leasing representative for nearly four million square feet of space. While at Empire State Realty Trust, she conducted all aspects of commercial office leasing for the firm’s Greater New York Metropolitan portfolio, which was comprised of 1.875 million square feet throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties.
Long graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Psychology.
