New York, NY – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired a three-person brokerage team led by Dylan Walsh, who will serve as an Executive Director. Walsh will be joined by Nick Kolbus and Garrett Darraugh, who will serve as Senior Associates. The team will focus primarily on capital markets transactions across Queens.

Walsh has over nine years of brokerage experience and started his career as an intern at Cushman & Wakefield in 2013. Throughout his tenure, Walsh has been involved in more than one billion dollars’ worth of transactions across the five boroughs with a recent concentration in Brooklyn and Queens. He returns to Cushman & Wakefield after serving three years at Rosewood Realty in Manhattan and six years at Marcus & Millichap running the Queens borough for the New York Multifamily Team. He has a bachelor’s degree from St. Michael’s College in Vermont.

Kolbus joins Cushman & Wakefield from Marcus & Millichap, where he worked on the New York Multifamily Team alongside Walsh and Darraugh. He has an extensive real estate background ranging from investments and brokerage to property management and development. Kolbus started his career managing a portfolio of investment properties and assisting in the operations of his family’s full-service brokerage firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in Social and Historical Sciences from Indiana University.
Darraugh also joins Cushman & Wakefield from Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use assets on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He began his real estate career as an intern at both Newmark Ciminelli and Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation. Darraugh has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a focus on real estate finance from Miami University in Ohio.
