Baltimore, MD – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired Dave Dannenfelser and Tyler Boykin as Managing Directors focusing on industrial leasing and sales. Dannenfelser and Boykin, who join Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, will be based out of the firm’s Baltimore office.

Dannenfelser has 20 years of experience with industrial leasing and sales. He started his career at KLNB and later formed and led the industrial group at Colliers. Dannenfelser then joined JLL, where he was active in the Industrial Brokerage and Supply Chain Logistics Group. Dannenfelser has a degree from the University of Delaware.
Boykin has 11 years of experience in the industry, starting his career at Colliers before moving to JLL. With a focus on industrial leasing and sales, Boykin brings state-of-the-art research and analytical capabilities to occupier and investor clients. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
