Jordan Williams Joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency Leasing Team as Director

Charlotte, North Carolina, February 1, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Jordan Williams as Director. She will join the Office Agency Leasing team and be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.  

“Jordan is a rising star in the commercial real estate industry who has achieved great success in the office leasing space and representing both landlords and tenants from a variety of industries,” said Brett Gray, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte, Triad, and South Carolina operations. “Her creative approach to marketing and positioning assets, track record of building deep relationships, and high culture personality will be a great addition to our industry leading culture and team.”  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Williams was a Commercial Real Estate broker at NAI Carolantic Realty in Raleigh. In that role, Williams was responsible for advising office, life science and medical office clients while also assisting in the negotiations and closings of more than $187 million in transactions. She has nearly five years of experience in commercial real estate.
