Old Bridge, NJ – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been retained by 2020 Acquisitions on an exclusive basis to market for lease Central 9 Logistics Park. Located with direct access off of Route 9 in Old Bridge, New Jersey, Central 9 Logistics Park is a 4,200,000-square-foot, nine-building industrial development expected to be delivered starting the first quarter of 2023.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, David Gheriani, Christine Eberle and Chris Griffith will be marketing the industrial park for lease on behalf of ownership.

Construction of the industrial park is expected to begin in April 2022 and will be rolled out in three phases. Upon completion, each building will feature 40-foot clear heights, office area, state-of-the-art features including LED lighting and generous parking with additional trailer storage. The nine buildings range from 150,000 square feet to 950,000 square feet.
