Cushman & Wakefield and NH Conservation Real Estate hired to sell State’s largest-known land offering, priced at $13 million
PITTSBURG, NH, March 9, 2022 – A 7,965-acre land tract has been brought to market for sale in Pittsburg (Coos County), New Hampshire. Currently owned by Perry Stream Land & Timber Company, Inc., the listing offers the opportunity for a buyer to acquire a significant and rare property featuring productive forests, miles of woodland stream frontage, diverse terrain, endless trails for recreation, and a natural spring fed groundwater well permitted as a source for commercial bottling.
Sales efforts for the property are being jointly handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Davis, ALC, Senior Director and Platform Leader of the firm’s Land Advisory Group, Melanie Haynes and Shannon Whitfield together with NH Conservation Real Estate’s Tom Howard, ALC. The property is being offered at a price of $13,000,000.

The property also features a commercial artesian well producing 250 gallons per minute (GPM) with a permitted capacity of 360,000 gallons per day (GPD) from a natural spring fed by an aquifer source reputed to be second largest in the state.
