Cushman & Wakefield’s Keith Schneider and Joe Schneider will Lead Marketing
St. Louis, March 15, 2022 – Vault Partners will enter the St. Louis market with its first development in the region, Corporate Parkway Business Center, and has selected Cushman & Wakefield’s Joe Schneider and Keith Schneider to market the property to prospective tenants. The Houston-based developer broke ground on the new building March 10.
Located at Corporate Parkway and Crosswinds Drive in Wentzville, Missouri, the 75,000-square-foot flex development can accommodate tenants who seek the full building or spaces as small as 5,000 square feet. The building will offer 24-foot clear heights, high-quality tilt-up concrete construction with architectural reveals and offsets with unique lighting accents, as well as a rear truck court and ample car parking. Vault plans to complete construction in Q4 2022. Dial Architects designed Corporate Parkway Business Center.
“Corporate Parkway Business Center is an ideal location for manufacturing and distribution, as well as technology tenants,” said Keith Schneider. “What’s more, Vault’s timing couldn’t be better for this new development. Industrial vacancy in St. Louis is 4%, and it’s 1.2% for the St. Charles County submarket where the project is located. With strong demand anticipated for the foreseeable future, we expect heightened interest from tenants in a number of sectors.”
“Vault Partners is looking forward to getting underway on this project,” said Garrett Thompson, Managing Director and Co-founder of Vault Partners. “The Corporate Parkway Business Center is ideally located at the junction of I-70 and I-64, which will be attractive to future tenants. This coupled with low vacancy rates and strong business growth currently being experienced in the City of Wentzville bode well for anticipated demand. We are excited to provide an upscale working environment for the many small businesses in Wentzville and the surrounding areas.”
