Central Texas expert to lead local project and development services line
AUSTIN, April 22, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has selected Eric Smith, Senior Director, to lead the firm’s Austin and San Antonio Project and Development Services (PDS) portfolios.
As Market Lead, Eric Smith will continue and advance the strength of Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS platform throughout the area. “I am thrilled with the opportunities of this new role and excited to lead the best PDS team in this market,” said Smith. “I am deeply grateful to Eric Carville for his leadership, mentoring and friendship. Eric Carville will remain with the firm serving key clients.
Smith has been part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services team since 2019. Smith has a 20+ year career in development project management in the Central Texas area, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
