Baltimore, MD – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a new 26,000-square-foot lease for Design Collective at 100 East Pratt Street in Baltimore, MD. The firm will relocate from its current location in The Power Plant at 601 East Pratt Street, reaffirming its commitment to the City of Baltimore and the urban renewal of the Central Business District (CBD).
Cushman & Wakefield’s Bronwyn LeGette and David Downey represented Design Collective in the transaction. Linn Worthington, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Vision Properties.
