Cushman & Wakefield Adds Grant Jones, Managing Director in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif., May 18, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has hired Grant Jones as a Managing Director in the firm’s Oakland office. A veteran commercial real estate broker, Mr Jones focuses on both landlord and tenant representation along the I-80 and I-880 corridors in the East Bay.  

Grant JonesWith experience in both sales and leasing, Mr. Jones leverages his extensive market knowledge of the greater Oakland market in order to find creative solutions for his clients. He has represented well-known landlords such as Brookfield, Angelo Gordon, AXA, CalSTRS, Ellis Partners, City Center Realty Partners and Strada Investments in several million square feet of assignments, while his ingenuity has allowed him to also provide long-term strategic planning and real estate strategies for tenant clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to startups.
