CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 16, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Louis Smart as Director. He will join the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group and focus on institutional investors.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Smart was at Foundry Commercial where he focused on the development and acquisition of office and industrial properties in the Carolinas.
