RENO, Nev. – Cushman & Wakefield announced Steve Avanzino, a veteran commercial real estate Land and Investment Sales professional, has joined the firm as a Director in Reno, Nevada. Avanzino is a leading member of the firm’s Land Advisory Group in Nevada and member of the firm’s Land Advisory Group for the Americas. He specializes in the sale of large land holdings, disposition & acquisition, and land portfolios across the entire state of Nevada.
During his 10-year real estate career, Avanzino has transacted over 25,000 acres, including production agriculture and ranching properties, through his family owning a generational agriculture business. He has consistently closed over $45 million in transactions each year for the last three years in the industry. Avanzino also has a skilled background in understanding the Nevada water rights system.
