RENO, Nev. – Cushman & Wakefield announced Steve Avanzino, a veteran commercial real estate Land and Investment Sales professional, has joined the firm as a Director in Reno, Nevada. Avanzino is a leading member of the firm’s Land Advisory Group in Nevada and member of the firm’s Land Advisory Group for the Americas. He specializes in the sale of large land holdings, disposition & acquisition, and land portfolios across the entire state of Nevada.
