Fairfax, VA – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of the Fairfax Strip Center Portfolio, a three-center retail portfolio located in the affluent and densely populated City of Fairfax less than 20-miles west of downtown Washington, D.C.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John Owendoff represented the seller, a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, in the transaction.
“Retail fundamentals remain historically strong and we continue to experience significant investor demand for high-quality retail product,” said Owendoff.
The Fairfax Strip Center Portfolio consists of Fairfax Marketplace, Fairfax Pointe and Boulevard Marketplace. The portfolio is 93% leased to a dynamic roster of necessity-based tenants and is located within a mature, high barrier-to-entry submarket.
