Bellows joined the firm in 2017 and has worked with a wide range of clients including tenants, institutional investors, and developers. Since joining, he has also been involved in leasing transactions totaling more than 16 million square feet with a value exceeding $600 million in leasing volume.
He will be joining the Southeast Capital Markets team led by Vice Chair Stewart Calhoun and Managing Director Casey Masters. This team is a founding member of the firm’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), a national capital markets team anchored in all U.S. gateway industrial markets that provides integrated capital solutions to institutional investors.
