Tyler Courtney, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Principal of Atlanta operations, said, “One of Cushman & Wakefield’s biggest differentiators is the collaboration from all our teams for the benefit of our clients. Ryan has been instrumental in solidifying our presence in the industrial leasing space and we saw an opportunity to leverage his experience on our Capital Markets team. His new role will strengthen all of our industrial service lines along with our share of the market.”
Bellows joined the firm in 2017 and has worked with a wide range of clients including tenants, institutional investors, and developers. Since joining, he has also been involved in leasing transactions totaling more than 16 million square feet with a value exceeding $600 million in leasing volume.
He will be joining the Southeast Capital Markets team led by Vice Chair Stewart Calhoun and Managing Director Casey Masters. This team is a founding member of the firm’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), a national capital markets team anchored in all U.S. gateway industrial markets that provides integrated capital solutions to institutional investors.
“Ryan has been a tremendous asset to our industrial team since joining five years ago,” added Lisa Pittman, who leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Tenant Rep team as Senior Director. “We’re excited about the new role he will play on our Capital Markets team, which will serve as a direct conduit between the occupier and investor platforms. This move will allow us to serve our clients in an even more strategic fashion, as we continue to deliver best in class results.”
Stewart Calhoun, Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Capital Markets team, said, “Lisa has helped to build one of the best performing industrial leasing teams in the Southeast by recruiting top talent. We’re thrilled to take our service offerings to the next level with Ryan’s transition to our team. This move will expand our bandwidth and allow us to stay close to developers, tenant movement, and deal flow, which will result in elevated results for the entire industrial platform.”
