The Wenzler and Havens team at Cushman & Wakefield is representing the seller, Infinity Properties Partnership, in all marketing efforts. The property is being marketed for $13.25 million with a 10-year absolute net lease in place. Offers will be accepted until end of August and early offers are encouraged.
“The Estate at Cherokee Dock is an irreplaceable asset and one of Nashville’s most exclusive properties,” said Havens, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. “We’re thrilled to be marketing this property and given its unique history, believe it will generate a strong turnout from prospective investors as we begin accepting offers.”
The Estate at Cherokee Dock includes three properties at 135,155, and 175 Cherokee Dock Rd. and one property at 10755 Highway 109 N. 135 and 155 Cherokee Dock Rd. and 10755 Highway 109 N. are residential single family homes that were built in 2018. Each home spans over an acre and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Most notable is the 175 Cherokee Dock Rd. property, which is anchored by a 1960 Southern Colonial mansion that served as Reba McEntire’s residence for 25 years. In addition to the mansion, the property has a lakeview event center, sunset terrace, and a carriage house equipped with stables perfect for an intimate event setting along with a loft directly above to accommodate guests.
The Estate at Cherokee Dock was repurposed into Nashville’s most exclusive event venue with lodging for over 50 guests. Since then, it has been the setting for several celebrity wedding ceremonies, including where The Bachelor’s Ben Higgins married his fiancée Jessica Clarke.
The event venue delivers a one-of-a-kind Southern luxury experience and features direct lakeside access with unmatched views, luxury stables, several gardens, a pool, home theater, and more.
