JACKSONVILLE, Florida, August 09, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield and Strategic Sites – Clifford Commercial announced that they’ve arranged the sale of four Class A medical office condominiums totaling 7,026 square feet (sf) that are located within The Links at Pablo Beach building in Jacksonville Beach. The final sale price was $2.4 million, equating to more than $341 psf.
Anne Spencer and Brian Breeding of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Healthcare Advisory practice represented the seller, Dr. C. Cameron Greene of BGBS Properties, LLC, in the transaction. Kate Clifford and Katie Kirchner of Strategic Sites – Clifford Commercial represented the buyers, 1361 Links, LLC.
The Links at Pablo Beach building totals 70,000 sf and sits adjacent to the Baptist Beaches Hospital campus at 1361 13th Ave. S. Suites 185/190, 110, and 115 within the building make up the four medical office condominiums that were sold. At the time of sale, the suites were fully leased to the country’s largest independent OB-GYN practice.
