Cushman & Wakefield’s Pat Murphy, Tara Healy, Andrew Thurman, and Courtney Oldenburgh represented the landlord, Zusha Tenenbaum of Savlan Capital, in the negotiations for both leases. The firm also handles property management efforts for Savlan Capital, which is led by Russell Copeland. Mike Maroon, SIOR of The Acclaim Group, LLC and Mitch Kahlert of ICON represented Lincoln Tech, and Frank Farrell of Ackerman & Company represented Omnitech.

Camp Creek Business Park offers tenants access to a diverse amenity base, including recently renovated buildings with new modern exterior finishes. The business park is also in an exceptional location just west of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and has several MARTA stops located on-site.
Lincoln Tech will occupy the entire 1200 building at Camp Creek Business Park. Meanwhile, Omnitech will begin operating from the remaining vacant space of the campus’ 1000 building. Omnitech will join a high-end automotive training center that already occupies space within the building. The addition of Lincoln Tech and Omnitech as new tenants at Camp Creek Business Park will make the business park home to three education facilities.
