Cushman & Wakefield Selected to Manage Landmark One Class A Office Building

Landmark030-webcardSan Antonio, Texas – August 10, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has been selected to handle property management and project development for Landmark One, a 167,899-square-foot Class A office building located in San Antonio’s Northwest side. Located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 1604, Landmark One is a multi-tenant property that was completed in 2017. Cushman & Wakefield was selected by an undisclosed investment and management company to provide property management services. Brett Williams and Sheila McHargue of Cushman & Wakefield are leading initialization of services.

Cushman & Wakefield will also provide project development services for the property. “Cushman & Wakefield’s success and growth in the San Antonio market is enhanced by Landmark One and we are honored to have been chosen to manage and further elevate
this building,” said Williams.
