DALLAS– August 15, 2022 – Lincoln Centre in Dallas, Texas has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. The BOMA 360 Performance Program® validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management. Cushman & Wakefield handles property management at the building.
Lincoln Centre also recently achieved the Center for Active Design’s Fitwel Certification. Using the Multi-Tenant Base Building v2.1 scorecard, Lincoln Centre 1 achieved a 1-star rating, and Lincoln Centre 2 and 3 achieved a 2-star rating. The Lincoln Centre property management team prioritizes tenant engagement by offering annual tenant health programming, an on-site café with access to healthy foods via choice architecture and pricing incentives, implementing active design strategies in the building stairwells, and including an on-site fitness center and outdoor park to increase access to physical activity.
