Rob Murphy Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Director

Veteran Executive Bolsters Regional Retail Team

CINCINNATI, September 12, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Rob Murphy has joined the firm as a Director with the firm’s Retail Advisory Team.

Murphy specializes in retail landlord representation, tenant representation and redevelopment of shopping centers. In the past 16 years, has completed more than 245 transactions on more than 1.2 million square feet across the U.S.

“Rob is an exceptional addition to our retail team,” said Kevin Hughes, Cushman & Wakefield Regional Managing Principal. “He has extensive experience in account management, market research, asset analysis, determining both the user’s needs as well as a center’s proper tenant mix and implementing successful plans to fulfill client requirements.”

Murphy joins Cushman & Wakefield from Phillips Edison. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, he is a member of ICSC.
