HOUSTON – October 3, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired Kenneth Levenson as the firm’s Valuation & Advisory (V&A) South Central Market Lead. Levenson is based in Houston, Texas and will oversee the South Central Market consisting of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
Levenson joins Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Managing Director after serving as Managing Director with JLL's Valuation Advisory group in Houston, where he focused on managing and expanding their valuation business. Prior to that, he was a partner with Integra Realty Resources. His experience includes single- and multi-tenant office, retail and industrial properties, multifamily, mixed-use projects, self-storage, residential subdivisions, lodging and resort facilities, convenience stores, land and rural properties, as well as many special purpose properties.

Levenson attended the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas at El Paso, specializing in real estate and business. He is involved with the Appraisal Institute’s Houston chapter, including as past president, and is an International Right of Way Association (IRWA) member. He is licensed in multiple states.
