JACKSONVILLE, Florida, September 08, 2022 – Westmount Square Capital has selected Cushman & Wakefield to provide property management services for Cedar Hill Apartments, a 113-unit multifamily community in Jacksonville.
Cushman & Wakefield has been managing the multifamily community, which includes overseeing leasing efforts, since July. Jonathan Tauber and Mark McGregor, co-founders of Westmount Square Capital, selected Cushman & Wakefield as the property management partner across their nearly 1,000-unit portfolio in Jacksonville, Florida.
“We have worked with ownership to make Cedar Hill Apartments a community that is affordable and that people can call home,” said Riley Davis, Regional Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield.

Cedar Hill Apartments is located at 6756 103rd St. and was formerly known as The Forest before being rebranded in June. In addition to the rebranding, over $1 million has been invested in renovations. The newly renovated community features upscale apartment interiors, two pools, and is ideally located on the 103rd St. corridor with immediate access to Interstate 295.
