PITTSBURGH, November 2, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Adarryl Dreher has joined the firm as a Director with the firm’s Capital Markets team.
In his new role, Dreher will assist local and national clients in capital markets’ investment sales and finance transactions and maximizing values of clients’ properties and portfolios. He brings over 15 years of diversified commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield encompassing development, leasing, financing and property management, and has closed transactions valued in excess of $1 billion.

Dreher joins Cushman & Wakefield from Amani Development, where he was President. Prior, he served as Vice President of Real Estate Investments for RIDC. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University and earned an MBA from Point State Park University.
