Greystone Provided Freddie Mac Acquisition Financing for the Portfolio
ATLANTA – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm served as the exclusive advisor to a joint venture between AgeWell Living, The ASC Group and a large investment fund to arrange the sale of the Celebration Village Portfolio, a two-property senior housing portfolio in the North Atlanta Metro consisting of 474 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care. The communities are located in Suwanee and Acworth, Georgia.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Swartz, Jay Wagner, Tim Hosmer and Christopher Remeika arranged the transaction. The properties were acquired by Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF), a premier private equity real estate investment company. Cushman & Wakefield collaborated with Christopher Clare of joint venture partner Greystone, who provided the Freddie Mac acquisition financing.

Originally opened in 2017 and 2018 with the independent living second phases opening in 2019 and 2020, Celebration Village Forsyth and Celebration Village Acworth each represents the premier senior living community in its market, with both properties exhibiting strong performance and continued room for growth. The properties feature complete amenity packages including multiple restaurant-style dining venues, bistros, covered patios, pools, libraries, media rooms and game rooms.
