PALO ALTO, Calif., February 23, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm’s Northern California Asset Services has been awarded a 14-building, 1.1-million-square-foot (msf) office portfolio in addition to a 7 msf NNN ground lease portfolio located in one of the world’s cutting-edge business parks — Stanford Research Park (SRP) in Palo Alto, CA.
Affiliated with Stanford University since 1951, the park is in the heart of Silicon Valley’s research & development activity and is comprised of 700 acres real estate perfect for innovation. Home to over 150 companies, including a thriving bioscience community located in its Life Science District, SRP is an innovation hub.
