PITTSBURGH, April 18, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Randy McCombs, SIOR, and Sam McGill, SIOR, MCR, have joined the firm as Managing Directors in Pittsburgh.
McCombs and McGill will continue to perform as leading occupier services professionals, representing tenants locally, nationally and globally in formulating corporate real estate strategies. Former top producers with Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member Cushman & Wakefield │Grant Street Associates, McCombs and McGill briefly joined a competitor firm after Grant Street was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield last year. As a team, they have completed transactions valued at more than $2.0 billion on 35 million square feet of office, life sciences and industrial/logistics space.
