CHICAGO, April 16, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced today that Ron Chisolm has joined C&W Services as Senior Vice President, Client Services, Life Sciences.In this newly created role, Chisolm will be responsible for C&W Services’ Life Sciences portfolio across North America. Leveraging his deep leadership and industry-specific experience, Chisolm will be focused on providing strategic insight for accelerating growth within the Life Sciences vertical as well as delivering service excellence to clients.
In addition, Chisolm will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s Life Sciences Advisory Council, collaborating on national and global growth opportunities, developing critical thought leadership and best practices to support evolving client needs.

With more than 25 years of pharma and biotech manufacturing and operations experience, Chisolm joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL where he served as Executive Vice President, Global Life Sciences Account Executive/IFM Lead. Prior to his career within the commercial real estate sector, Chisolm spent 14 years at Roche/Genentech in several leadership positions, including Head of Manufacturing, Head of Facilities and Engineering, as well as other Strategy and Process Excellence roles.
