Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Masica Represents MAS HVAC in its Lease at Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove, Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS, July 21, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has represented MAS HVAC in its lease of 150,000 square feet at Arbor Lakes Business Park’s Building VI in Maple Grove, Minnesota.Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Masica represented MAS HVAC in leasing its new headquarters, manufacturing and logistics operations, which also includes 15,000 square feet of office space. MAS HVAC plans to occupy the new building in January.
