Global Retailer Khaadi Signs Lease for first U.S. Store at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia

Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Lestin and Sophie Van Pelt Represented Khaadi 


TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA, September 13, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented global retailer Khaadi in leasing 5,491 square feet at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia, near Washington, DC. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Lestin and Sophie Van Pelt represented Khaadi in the transaction with landlord Tysons Corner Holdings LLC. Lestin represents Khaadi across North America. 

Tysons Corner Center marks Khaadi’s first U.S. location and joins the 25-year-old clothing company’s other stores in Dubai, Pakistan, Bahrain, Qatar and England. Khaadi will occupy its new space by year end and plans to open as many as 30 stores in the U.S. and Canada, as well as distribution and eCommerce centers, said CEO Rehan Syed.
