New York, NY – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged two leases totaling 9,280 square feet at 50 Broad Street.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jonathan Fein represented the landlord, Fifty Broad Inc., in the transactions.

FST Technical, a semiconductor/microelectronics and life sciences service provider, signed a 5,624-square-foot lease at the building. The tenant was represented by John LaRuffa, also of Cushman & Wakefield.
Resilient Cities Catalyst, a nonprofit organization, signed a 3,656-square-foot lease at the property. The tenant was represented by Sam Steinberg and Gregg Cohen of Cresa.
50 Broad Street is a 20-story, 275,260-square-foot office property. The building recently completed renovations including new elevator cabs, updated mechanics and a new lobby. Additional tenants include Made Music, StoreBound and Studio Gang.
The property is located in the Financial District, adjacent to the New York Stock Exchange and Wall Street, and within a five-minute walk to multiple subway lines including the J, M, 4, 5, N, R, 2 and 3 trains.
