Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Wilkins and Lou Hall Represented Molto, while Jason West provided Tenant Representation Services
CHICAGO, September 20, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented Molto Properties in leasing 64,643 square feet to J&P Warehousing/Tardella Foods at 2250 W. 75th St. in Woodridge, Illinois.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Wilkins and Lou Hall represented Molto, while Jason West, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented J&P Warehousing/Tardella Foods.
With the latest transaction, Molto’s 101,871-square-foot speculative building now has 37,228 square feet of space remaining for immediate occupancy. The property offers I-355 visibility and accessibility at the 75th Street full interchange, which provides easy access to both the city and suburbs as well as O’Hare and Midway airports, Wilkins said.
“Molto delivered a top-quality building with unbeatable access and visibility,” Wilkins said. “It’s an ideal fit for growing firms seeking local manufacturing and distribution, and we expect the remaining space to attract an occupier in the near term. Overall, the Chicago industrial market continues to be healthy in terms of leasing and absorption, and that is certainly the case in the I-55 submarket.”
According to Steve Tardella, “J&P Warehousing/Tardella is excited to expand our operations at this strategically located, state-of-the-art facility, which will allow us to better serve our customers. Jason West came highly recommended to assist us with this relocation project and he did not disappoint.”
