HOUSTON, December 6, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that David Munson, SIOR, has joined the firm as Executive Managing Director in Houston.
Munson has nearly two decades of experience in Houston and Texas industrial brokerage and will continue to concentrate on landlord and tenant leasing transactions as well as investment sales in the Greater Houston Area.
“I’m excited to join Cushman & Wakefield and one of Houston’s leading industrial groups,” Munson said. “Houston’s industrial market continues to be robust, but macroeconomic trends are creating some uncertainty. His experience in both leasing and capital markets will prove to be an enormous benefit to our clients and overall efforts.”

He began his career in Houston industrial real estate as a leasing director with First Industrial, where he successfully leased a portfolio of more than 5 million square feet. A native Houstonian, Munson is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, earned an MBA from the University of Texas and also has earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation.
