Cushman & Wakefield Adds Dynamic CRE Veteran Troy Pollet to Los Angeles Brokerage Team

Accomplished professional recognized as a top producing broker in Southern California

LOS ANGELES, CA. – February 8, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced Troy Pollet has joined the firm as an Executive Director in Los Angeles. An industry veteran with extensive experience as both a top producing broker for a global real estate firm and as a partner with a regional owner/operator, Pollet will specialize in representing corporate clients and investors locally and nationally.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Pollet was a partner at Cruzan, a vertically integrated owner-operator focused on acquiring and repositioning office and industrial assets throughout the West Coast. Based in Los Angeles, he focused on acquisitions and asset management for the firm. Prior to Cruzan, Pollet spent 10 years as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE focusing on institutional agency leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation. While at CBRE, he was consistently a top producer and was named National Rookie of the Year.

Pollet attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
