Collegeville, PA – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of a 1.8 million-square-foot campus located at 400-500 Arcola Road in Collegeville. Cushman & Wakefield will be bringing to market approximately 400,000 square feet of first-class space. The campus was built as a world-class headquarters office and lab facility and can accommodate up to an additional 1.4 million square feet of development.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Paul Garvey, Frank Palopoli and Brian Young will serve as the exclusive leasing agents on behalf of the landlord, a joint venture between David Werner Real Estate Investments and GreenBarn Investment Group. Cushman & Wakefield also serves as the property manager of the campus.
