CHICAGO, June 5, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm represented SweatHouz (SWTHZ), an infrared-sauna and cold-plunge wellness brand, in securing Chicago locations in Old Town, the West Loop and Lakeview East.
Cushman & Wakefield Director Anthony Ciaravino represented SWTHZ (SweatHouz) in its leases at 1435 N. Wells St. for SWTHZ Old Town, 917 W. Madison St. for SWTHZ West Loop and 3101 N. Clark St. for SWTHZ Lakeview. The new locations range from 2,000 to 2,700 square feet and are the company’s initial Chicago and Illinois locations.
SWTHZ (SweatHouz) is a unique infrared sauna and cold plunge studio that offers a wellness experience like no other.
