CHICAGO, May 21, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today it represented ERMCO in its 158,000-square-foot, 10-year lease at Bristol Business Park in Bristol, Wisconsin. Cushman & Wakefield also represented Riverwoods, Illinois-based developer Janko Group in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Kropke and Keith Puritz represented Dyersburg, Tennessee-based ERMCO, while the firm’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Marc Samuels represented Janko Group in the long-term lease. ERMCO will relocate from its current north suburban Chicago location to Bristol Business Park Building 4 summer 2024.
