In this role, Davis will partner with C&W Services Chief Executive Officer Mia Mends and the C&W Services leadership team to drive growth and market share objectives, with a focus on profitability and sustainability.

Davis most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Icon Parking, where she oversaw the Finance, Accounting and Risk departments. Her responsibilities included leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives and strategic planning to support growth while mitigating risk exposure. She previously held various leadership roles at ABM Industries and Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp.

Davis is a graduate of Rutgers University, holding dual degrees in accounting and economics. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), the professional society that represents finance executives across the globe, having previously served as the chair of the AFP Advisory Council.
