HOUSTON – June 26, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been selected to lease and manage 10375 Richmond Ave., Millennium Tower, in Houston.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Win Haggard and Brad Beasley will lead leasing efforts, while Kristie Luby, Diane Jamison and Patty Phillips will lead property management. Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Development Services (PDS) and Valuation & Advisory (V&A) Services groups provide further Asset Services for the property, which is owned by a large global reinsurer.
