SAN ANTONIO, TX, August 20, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Meredith Muecke Howard has joined the firm as a Director, based in San Antonio.
With 14 years of experience across various facets of real estate – including marketing, business development, project development services and industrial leasing – Howard will leverage her extensive real estate experience to drive growth and build business in both agency leasing and tenant representation.

Howard joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where she focused on leasing and marketing office properties, as well as sourcing new business opportunities. Prior to JLL, she began her commercial real estate career as an office and industrial agency leasing and tenant representation broker at Endeavor Real Estate. Howard is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
