Cushman & Wakefield adds Tyler R. Satterfield as a Director for Valuation & Advisory’s Infrastructure Practice Group in the Northeast

Pennsylvania – August 19, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired Tyler R. Satterfield, SRA, R/W-AC as a Director for the firm’s Valuation & Advisory’s Infrastructure Practice Group (IPG) in Pennsylvania. Satterfield specializes in appraisals and valuation services relating to acquisitions by governmental and quasi-governmental entities on condemnation/eminent domain, right-of-way acquisitions, conservation easements and federal land acquisitions.

Satterfield is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA Designation) and has completed the Appraisal Institute’s Professional Development Programs in Litigation and Valuation of Conservation Easements. He began his appraisal career in 2015 as a Licensed Appraiser Trainee and has since achieved both Certified Residential and Certified General Appraiser credentials, as well as the Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the International Right of Way Association.

Throughout his career, Satterfield has completed appraisal assignments for a diverse range of property types, including outdoor advertising device sites, commercial warehousing, mixed-use developments, recreational/trophy properties, flood hazard locations, single-unit and multi-unit residential properties, hobby farms, vacant land, offices and industrial buildings.
