HOUSTON, September 6, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has represented investor Fantome Tower L.P. in its lease with law firm Frost Brown Todd LLP.
Winfield Haggard Jr. and Diana Bridger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the 23,537-square-foot transaction, while CBRE’s Jon Lee, Claire Douthit and Paul Tingley represented Frost Brown Todd. The law firm will occupy the entirety of the 43rd floor in the 55-story, Class A building located in Houston’s Central Business District.
Frost Brown Todd LLP is currently located in the Galleria submarket and plans to move into their new space in the CBD this month.
