With offices throughout Hawaii and Guam, Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks is the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Office serving the greater Pacific markets.
On May 1, 1960, just after Hawaii’s statehood, Aaron Chaney and wife Betty took a very modest amount of capital and an abundance of optimism and opened a one-room office, called Aaron M. Chaney, Inc. Such were the beginnings of Hawaii’s first independently owned property management company. Founded on the basic principle that “whoever can be trusted with little, can be trusted with much,” the company has remained the most trusted and respected name in Hawaii’s dynamic real estate industry.
Throughout its 59-year history, ChaneyBrooks has managed and transacted in virtually all facets of commercial and residential properties, both in the public and private sectors, adding tens of billions of dollars to the Hawaii and Guam economies. Combined with Cushman & Wakefield’s 100-year history and global reach, the alliance office is strategically positioned to provide unrivaled real estate expertise and remain a key driver in the economic growth of these Pacific markets.
The company’s managers and staff are both multilingual and multicultural, reflecting Hawaii’s unique history and cultural diversity. We serve in leadership roles in many professional and nonprofit organizations to actively promote the islands’ sustainable and responsible market growth, while adhering to the age-old Hawaiian wisdom of protecting and stewarding the ‘Āina (land).
Through the collaborative partnership between Cushman & Wakefield and ChaneyBrooks, we aim to deliver world-class real estate services with our Aloha Spirit.
