Steve Sombrero is the President and principal owner of Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks. Throughout his career, he has worked as an international business and real estate consultant to many Fortune 500 companies and Asia based conglomerates.
Mr. Sombrero has been actively involved in real estate since 1987 and has worked on a variety of assignments throughout Hawai‘i, the Pacific and Asian markets. He has successfully brokered several notable real estate transactions including multi-tenant residential projects, shopping centers, commercial office buildings and resort hotels. Mr. Sombrero is credited with brokering the single largest residential portfolio transaction in Hawai‘i’s exclusive residential community, Kāhala.
Mr. Sombrero has a multicultural background and is multilingual in English, Japanese, Okinawan, and conversational Spanish.
